Note:
- When the tour leader must leave home the previous day or cannot return before 12pm of the last day of the engagement, a sum equal to the full day's fees must be added.
- Any transfer costs will be charged to the customer, including those to reach the meeting point, or the return journey, if the visits begin or end outside the municipality of residency of the Tour Leader. The customer is liable for the costs of collection of foreign checks.
- Each tariff is exclusive of VAT, but inclusive of withholding tax; any additional transfer costs are charged to the customer.
- The payment must be made upon presentation of the invoice. Payments after the 30th day from the date of the service give the right to the application of legal interest from the date of the service itself.
- Penalty for cancellations: within 15 days 50%; within 8 days 100% of the rate applied.
