The fees refer exclusively to the tourist guide costs and are inclusive of the withholding tax (20%) and exempted of VAT (article 10, paragraph 22 of the d.p.r. 633/72 and subsequent amendments). Fees of over € 77.47 are subject to a € 2 duty stamp.
